Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consultant (12-Week Project)£600-£700 per day | Outside IR35 | UK-based with travel to Yorkshire A fast-growing, VC-backed services provider is looking for an experienced Supply Chain & Manufacturing Consultant to lead a 12-week review of their end-to-end production process.This role is all about spotting inefficiencies, tightening operations, and shaping a smarter, scalable manufacturing and supply chain model. You'll work closely with plant leadership but operate independently, bringing clarity, structure, and practical recommendations.What you'll do:- Review the full manufacturing + supply chain workflow- Identify bottlenecks, cost savings, and improvement opportunities- Analyse suppliers, materials, logistics, and production planning- Deliver clear recommendations and an actionable roadmapWhat we're looking for:- Strong experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain optimisation- Background in CI/Lean/Six Sigma or interim consultancy- Someone confident working autonomously and travelling to Driffield as neededIf you enjoy fixing processes, improving performance, and making a tangible impact fast, this is a high-autonomy, high-impact short-term project with a mission-driven operator.BH34942
