The role involves inventory planning, procurement support, logistics coordination, and supplier management to ensure smooth and efficient flow of goods and materials.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availabilityCoordinate procurement activities and support the purchasing processLiaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to track deliveries and resolve issuesPlan and schedule shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiencyPrepare and analyze supply chain reports including stock movement, lead times, and costingsMaintain accurate records in ERP systems or inventory databasesIdentify supply chain risks and assist in contingency planningEnsure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulationsSupport continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain performanceCommunicate regularly with warehouse, logistics, and finance teamsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurementSolid understanding of supply chain processes and best practicesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsProficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.
