The headquarters are located in Haag (Switzerland), the production centers in Switzerland, Malaysia, Romania and Taiwan.Supply Chain PlannerYOUR CHALLENGES Plan and coordinate material supply for productionRelease and follow up on purchase ordersTrack and ensure supplier delivery dates (OTD)Handle escalation when delays or issues occurWork closely with production planning, order management, and suppliersMonitor and improve supplier performanceMaintain accurate material master data in MS Dynamics 365Optimize inventory levels and supply chain parametersContribute to process improvements and efficiency projectsYOUR COMPETENCIES Degree or vocational training in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement (e.g. Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Buyer)3+ years of experience in material planning, procurement, or purchasingKnowledge of inventory management and KPI reportingStrong MS Excel skills and ERP experience (ideally MS Dynamics 365)Structured, analytical, and well organizedVery good German and good EnglishExperience in supplier management and international collaborationHands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsFirst project management experienceNegotiation skillsInterested?
