We are a service-based organization made up of great people who work hard to get the job done and deliver excellence in the communities where we work and live.Description: ATCO Frontec is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join the Supply Chain team in Calgary, Alberta. The position is key to supporting the Procurement and Sourcing for various remote camps.Responsibilities:Provide Supply Chain Support: Procurement and Sourcing support to various remote locationsAnalyze SCM data to develop any required KPI reporting Contract negotiations, administration, including contracts review and analysis Lead new project mobilization activities Lead the review of goods and services requests with internal customers and provides procurement services, including obtaining price and delivery information. Conducts spend analysis to identify trends and bulk buying opportunities. Engages with internal customers to ensure understanding and shared compliance of ATCO Procurement policies. Participate in purchasing field research to obtain market information and knowledge of supplier and contractor capabilities. Provides support to the team should internal customers experience problems with any Supply Chain processes/systems. Develops relationships with assigned internal customers. Conducts regular supplier and contractor reviews in collaboration with internal customers to improve service.Ensure timely and accurate collection of data within the supply chain management system Support operations management with preparation and execution of Complex RFXs processes, as requiredSupport as required, Supply Chain Management with preparation of SCM strategiesEnsure timely and accurate collection of data within the supply chain management system Analyze SCM data for RFXs processes, as requiredAbility to prepare and execute negotiations with suppliersQualifications:The successful candidate must have experience working in Procurement and Sourcing of services in a fast paced environment.
