Supply Chain Specialist (Fixed-term contract)

You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.Responsibilities Support daily supply chain operations to ensure continuous product availability Assist in demand forecasting and supply planning activities Monitor inventory levels and contribute to effective stock management Process purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners Manage orders, deliveries, and distribution-related tasks Maintain accurate data and documentation in ERP systems (SAP) Track batch expiry dates and support stock rotation processes Ensure compliance with GDP standards and internal procedures Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Quality, Finance, and Commercial Prepare basic reports and KPIs related to supply chain performance Support audits and inspections with required documentation Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projectsRequirements University degree, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field Relevant experience in supply or order management, ideally in dynamic industries such as pharmaceuticals Strong MS Excel skills; experience with reporting or data analysis tools is an advantage Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and commitment to delivering high-quality workHow We’ll Take Care Of You At Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
