You’ll Support Meaningful Work By: Coordinating daily transportation plans to ensure on‑time, complete, and cost‑effective deliveries across EMEA. Communicating with internal partners, customers, carriers, and logistics platforms to maintain clear and timely shipment updates. Managing carriers, routing decisions, and shipment priorities to balance service quality with cost efficiency. Monitoring shipment data accuracy, updating systems, and resolving delivery or documentation issues. Analyzing risks, anticipating delays, and taking proactive actions to protect delivery performance. Tracking transportation costs, identifying cost‑avoidance opportunities, and supporting reporting activities. Contributing to continuous improvement, LEAN practices, and cross‑functional logistics projects. Minimum QualificationsExperience in a coordination or operational role. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences. Excellent organization and attention to detail when handling high‑volume operational tasks. English proficiency at C1 level Desired Skills And ExperienceExperience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or delivery operations. Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems, or tools such as Shippéo, Coupa, or Smartsheet. Strong planning, prioritization, and organizing skills in fast‑paced environments. Confidence communicating with customers, carriers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders. Analytical mindset with cost awareness and the ability to interpret logistics data. Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and risk‑anticipation abilities. Exposure to LEAN concepts and continuous‑improvement practices. Previous experience interacting with supply chain processes.
