Job Title: IE SpecialistLocation: Roermond, NetherlandsJob Summary:The IE Specialist will be responsible for supporting the migration from one Warehouse Management System (WMS) to another. The role involves understanding current processes, gathering and analyzing data, and translating business requirements into systemic requirements to ensure efficiency in operations.Key Responsibilities:Analyze and understand current processes and accounts for WMS migration.Focus on identifying must-have versus nice-to-have features.Support business requirements validation and translate them into systemic requirements.Safeguard and assess the impact on process efficiencies.Conduct data analysis, audits, and produce periodic reports to support operational improvements.Maintain forecasts and operating plans, and create annual staffing projections.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Engineering or related field).Experience with WMS migration (preferred).Industrial Engineering experience (preferred).Strong technical skills in data analysis, report generation, and complex query writing.Proficiency in Access and Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups, etc.).Ability to work flexible hours and travel as required.I
