Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:Quality and Operational Excellence ManagYour Role: Own the ChallengeLead and deploy the strategy, objectives, and targets for Supplier Quality Management in alignment with the Quality Management System, Quality Policy, and Procurement strategy.Ensure effective use of Supplier Quality Management tools and systems for collaboration, reporting, monitoring, and managing quality, delivery, and compliance metrics.Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Procurement, Production planning, Sustainability, Integrity, Compliance, R&D/Engineering, and Projects.Support the supplier risk management process, including evaluation of field returns—even beyond warranty periods.What It Takes To Run What Runs The World7–10+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Procurement Quality rolesDeep knowledge of supplier quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA, 8D, and SPCExperience in supplier audits, qualification processes, and performance monitoringProficiency in root cause analysis and corrective action (RCA/CA)What's In It For YouWe want you to bring your full self to work—your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
