I share practical tools with 4,000 innovation leaders through LinkedIn and my newsletter The Psychology of Innovation.Now I’m looking for a smart, driven student to help grow this reach, with scroll stopping content.What you’ll doRepurpose and publish short-form content on LinkedIn (plus IG, Threads, YouTube)Draft and edit posts (strong hooks, short stories, clear calls-to-action)Support newsletter growth: create lead magnets, landing pages, email flowsCreate scroll-stopping visuals (hand-drawn, illustrated, or designed)Use tools like ChatGPT, Canva, Figma, Kleo, Notion, Beehiiv, Make, Zapier, Google Forms, etc. (or learn fast)Collaborate on content planning, audience strategy, and experimentsWhat I’m looking forYou’re a student (field of study doesn’t matter), and you:Write fluently in English (must-have)Love content creation, social media, and smart toolsAre reliable, curious, and learn fastHave experience with or interest in LinkedIn contentUnderstand (or want to learn) newsletter and lead-gen strategiesBonus: you draw, sketch, or illustrate wellBonus: you use AI tools, automation, design softwareFields like Graphic Design, Media, Innovation or Business are a plus—but mindset beats major.What’s in it for you💶 €15/hour, with performance-based increases🕒 8–12h per week, flexible and remote🧠 Learn how to build and scale a personal brand✍️ Get feedback and mentoring on writing, design, tools and growth🚀 See the behind-the-scenes of a growing solopreneur brand with real client workHow to applyA few lines about yourself and why this sounds excitingLinks to anything that shows how you think or create – could be your LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, TikTok, blog, Notion page, or a class projectYour location, weekly availability, and when you can start (anytime is fine)
