The Support Worker will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their well-being. This includes tasks such as personal care, household chores, and transportation. The role also involves supporting clients in accessing community services and maintaining their independence. Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with clients and their families are key components of this role. Qualifications Experience as a Support Worker and possessing strong Interpersonal SkillsKnowledge and practice of Safeguarding and effective CommunicationProficiency in providing Technical Support to clientsCompassionate and patient demeanorAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant certifications in care and support work are a plus
