Suppy Chain Manager

Main ObjectiveBe the operational coordinator of the entire supply chain: from placing orders with suppliers and aligning timelines, through logistics and warehouse processes, to the moment products become available for sale.Key ResponsibilitiesPlace and follow up supplier orders, align details, and monitor production timelines.Organize logistics: factory dispatch, delivery to warehouse, communication with 3PL and carriers.Work in the warehouse WMS system: monitor orders and control customer shipments.Coordinate daily with the warehouse on inbound receiving, outbound shipments, and issue resolution.Control packaging availability at the warehouse and place timely orders with packaging suppliers.Prepare and verify documentation when needed (invoices, packing lists, labeling, customs docs).Perform basic analytics: calculate product cost (COGS), control margins, track sales and stock.Support the Head of Supply Chain and company owners with operational follow-ups, reporting, and process coordinationYou're a Strong Fit If YouThink in systems and checklists — you don't let things fall through the cracksWrite clear, professional English — suppliers, carriers, and 3PLs will work with you, not around youAre confident in Excel and Google SheetsUnderstand how international freight works: Incoterms, lead times, customs basicsNever come with a problem until you've genuinely exhausted your own options — you try first, ask secondOwn your mistakes and your results — you don't deflect, you fixStay calm when things go sideways and know how to escalate vs. solve yourselfNice-to-have: experience communicating with Chinese suppliers, working with 3PL or international warehouses.
