Role DescriptionThe Surfer Captain will be responsible for operating and navigating surfer boats, ensuring the safety of crew and passengers, maintaining vessel readiness and cleanliness, adhering to company policies and maritime regulations, and managing daily vessel operations. Additional tasks include overseeing the performance and maintenance of the vessel's equipment and systems, and ensuring the completion of necessary logs and documentation. Qualifications Navigation and seamanship skillsExperience with maintaining vessel equipment and systemsKnowledge of maritime safety regulations and company policiesStrong leadership and communication abilitiesRelevant certifications and licenses for marine operationsAbility to manage and document vessel operationsProblem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureExperience in the oil and gas industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; further maritime training or education is beneficialCertificate of Competence (COC)
