We are looking for a Sales Specialist to represent and promote the most advanced robotic surgical system in the world.This is an opportunity to work with breakthrough technology and shape the future of surgery in Israel.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the adoption of advanced surgical technology in hospitals across IsraelManage full cycle sales processes for capital medical systems, including market development and partnership buildingWork closely with surgeons and operating room teams, providing high level technological and clinical supportConduct market analysis, identify opportunities and build impactful commercial strategiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, senior medical teams, biomedical engineers and procurement departmentsMaintain regular presence in hospitals and operating room environments to support system utilization and long term customer successRequirementsProven experience in selling capital technological systems- mandatoryPrevious experience in the medical field or in hospital environments- strong advantageRelevant academic degreeStrong technical aptitude and the ability to present complex technological solutions in a clear and compelling wayExcellent communication skills in Hebrew and EnglishHigh service orientation with strong interpersonal abilitiesStrategic thinker with the ability to lead long sales processes and influence key stakeholdersA highly impactful position in a dynamic and innovative environment, offering exposure to world leading medical technologies and the opportunity to play a key role in advancing surgical care in Israel.
