As Clearwater continues to expand its impact across the healthcare cybersecurity landscape, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Senior Vice President, Consulting to lead our consulting services organization through its next stage of growth and innovation.The Senior Vice President (SVP), Consulting is a key executive leader responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and strategic innovation across Clearwater’s consulting business line. This individual will oversee a national team of 100+ consultants and leaders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, value-driven solutions that empower healthcare organizations to achieve security, compliance, and risk management excellence. The SVP will play a central role in shaping and executing Clearwater’s business strategy, managing P&L performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, client success, and continuous improvement.The ideal candidate is an experienced consulting leader with deep expertise in scaling professional services within cybersecurity, healthcare, or technology-enabled industries.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Business Execution Serve as a member of Clearwater’s executive leadership team, contributing to overall company strategy and growth planning. Define and execute the strategic vision for Clearwater’s consulting organization, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and revenue growth. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to service delivery, financial performance, and client outcomes. Manage the consulting organization’s P&L, ensuring achievement of revenue, margin, and utilization targets. Prepare and present regular updates to executive leadership on delivery performance, client success, and strategic initiatives. Drive accountability across the consulting organization for achieving short- and long-term business goals aligned with Clearwater’s strategy.Consulting Leadership & Team Development Lead and manage a national consulting team of 100+ direct and indirect reports, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and professional growth. Oversee the development and execution of client engagement strategies that deliver measurable value and exceptional client experiences. Manage workforce planning, staffing models, and resource allocation to achieve utilization and profitability targets while maintaining quality standards. Partner with the Colleague Success team to attract, develop, and retain top consulting talent, driving both individual and organizational success. Establish clear performance metrics and implement programs to enhance consulting tools, methodologies, and delivery templates.Service Portfolio Management & Innovation Oversee Clearwater’s portfolio of consulting service offerings, ensuring continuous alignment with client needs, market trends, and regulatory evolution in healthcare cybersecurity. Promote and advocate for Clearwater’s OCR-Quality® asset-based risk analysis methodology and related frameworks as a cornerstone of client success. Partner with Product Innovation teams to identify automation and technology enablement opportunities that improve scalability and efficiency. Ensure consistent application of Clearwater standards, methodologies, and best practices across all engagements. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the consulting organization. Collaborate cross-functionally with Managed Security Services, Sales, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated, client-centered solutions.Requirements15+ years of consulting experience, with 10+ years in senior leadership roles leading large-scale professional services teams. Proven success building, scaling, and managing consulting organizations of 100+ employees and $25M+ in annual revenue. Experience in cybersecurity, healthcare, or technology-enabled consulting services preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, foster accountability, and deliver measurable financial and operational outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (master’s preferred). Relevant cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CHISL, CISA, CISM) preferred but not required. Deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements within healthcare and critical infrastructure. Exceptional executive presence, communication, and relationship-building skills. Data-driven, analytical approach to strategic decision-making. Travel: 25%–40% for client engagements, internal meetings, and conferences.
