Job OverviewLead, direct, manage, and develop a team of new product introduction engineering, to efficiently response for manufacturing process development of new product or product transfer from headquarter to BKK, new project, new items opening, global changes management project execution, and automation project planning and execution. Job Description:

• Act as focal point of team to monitor and oversee upcoming new projects, new items, and global changes that are related to manufacturing process with team• Communicate the new projects, new items, and changes schedule as well as status / progress / obstacle / impacts to both internal and external interested parties• Overseeing the status and progress of new product, new items opening, global change projects, and clean up roadblock and/or raise the flag to ask to help in the right time to the right persons• Ensure all projects and new items on hands can deliver to mass production according to expectation, time, quality, and cost• Provide technical and project management guidance or bring the right support to all NPI engineers to support their success• Utilize best practice engineering methods and quality tools (problem solving, analytical tools, process capability analysis, PCP, PFMEA, risk assessment, characterization build/analysis, etc.

) to provide expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives and best design of manufacturing process to meet cost, delivery, and quality objectives before release product to production phase• Ensure the readiness of new projects, products, and items are in acceptable level prior next step of prototyping, pre-series, and/or production ramp• Ensure standard time, cost, and bonded formula of new products, new items, new changes are appropriately calculated with acceptable level of efficiency• Ensure new products, new items, new process/machines/changes can ramp successfully in mass production• Driving & coaching team to solve engineering problems, identify weaknesses and strengths of alternative solutions or approaches to problems• Deliberate with management, production, maintenance, planning & logistic, PM, and other relevance organization on the possible requirements and procedures for new projects introduction and execution.

• Direct, evaluate, and confirm process design, tooling design, line layout, and appropriate• Setup schemes or designs, and elaborate necessary reports and results to interest parties for relevance tasks• Develop and implement policy, standards, procedures, and business process for the NPI/Automation engineering and technical work performed in the organization to meet quality system requirement with high efficiency• Drive appropriate methodologies to ensure conformance and compliance to quality system with high level efficiency• Direct interfacing with European based mother company and customer for related functions and activitiesAbout you (Skill)• Problem solving & decision making• Process capability analysis• Risk analysis• Product life cycle management• Organization and people ManagementYour Experience includes (Qualification)• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, chemical, etc.

)• At least 7 years of experience of Project Management and New product introduction management• Knowledge background in mechanical drawing (read)• Effective communication in Thai & English
