Creative communicationMedia planningCo-branded partnershipsCo-funded campaignsPartner restaurant activationsSet up the regional marketing charter with the objective of winning consumer preference in focus regions for Swiggy - delve deeper into focus geographies to build and deploy a regional playbookDeeply understand consumer behavior by region in partnership with the consumer insights team to develop actionable insights for business and campaigns strategyDevelop and execute long-term preference driving campaigns to shift consumer preference and drive acquisition in collaboration with central growth teams and external agency partnersWork closely with the Central Insights team to measure brand health and campaign impact at national and regional levelsRequirements9-15 years of total work experience with at least 5 years of marketing experience with an MBAStrong creative and insight skills - agency management background and script judgment experienceStrong experience handling large-scale 360 ATL campaigns for consumer brands (with regional focus will be a plus)Strong project management skills, preferably in a marketing role with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholdersStrong history of having brought in innovations and out-of-the-box thinking in previous roles
