Head a team of 4-5 KAMs who in turn manage end to end agency and 3rd party relationships for 25+ vendors on a daily/ weekly basisDeveloping new vendors for rider sourcingEnsuring smooth vendor operations and immaculate coordination with vendorsSharing vendor wise targets, follow ups on the targets and unblocking any issues the vendors are facingManaging a small team of 4 to 5 executives for internal operations pertaining to vendor sourcingProcess improvement and project implementationKey SkillPrior experience in vendor management (or KAM) and new vendor developmentStrategy formulation of agency channelStakeholder management skills (internal and external) and win-win mindset Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word.
