90k-$120kPaid & Organic Entertainment, Beauty, RetailAs the successful Social Media Lead, you’ll lead the social team in developing strategy and content creation on key client partner accounts across entertainment, beauty, retail & lifestyle brands.This is an exciting role for someone that's passionate about social media & has their finger on the pulse of content trends, culture-first creativity, emerging platforms, and formats. You’ll be responsible for creating interesting and engaging stories across various social media platforms across Meta, LinkedIn & TikTok. Working both independently and with other team members, you’ll be up for a creative challenge and ready to take a step forward in your career.The Opportunity:Work with the ELT team & manage a small teamWorking across several renowned brands to develop social media content aligned with the brand’s social media strategyDeveloping strategies and tactics to help our clients achieve their commercial objectives through social mediaEngaging with our clients in the course of the development, delivery and optimisation of social media strategy and contentLeveraging social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads to plan, action and review campaign performanceLead meetings, and discussions and present your ideas confidently to clients and senior managementPlan, shoot, and edit engaging content for multiple social media channels.You:Live in Sydney & have full working rights 6-8+ years of social media marketing and/or content creation experienceDemonstrable experience leading teamsExtensive experience developing social media strategy, content and copywritingExperience running social media accounts for brandsThe ability to create engaging visual social media assets and a solid understanding of the Adobe Creative SuiteA passion for creativity and coming up with new content ideasThe ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environmentStrong communication skills to confidently share ideas and present work to other team members and clientsStrong organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed on tight deadlinesA proactive approach to work and delivering great results for clientsAn enthusiastic attitude to creative challenges and tight deadlinesPrevious experience in an agency or in-house background is essentialMore info via anna@agencyicbeerg.com.auPlease note: salary listed is a guide only.
