Role DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time System Administrator to join our dynamic team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. System AdministrationManage and operate Linux server environments.Maintain and optimize virtualization infrastructures, with a focus on Proxmox.Ensure high availability, capacity planning, and performance tuning of systems.Implement and manage enterprise services such as LDAP, Samba, TraefikB. Network AdministrationConfigure and maintain network services: IP networking, routing, VLANs, DNS/DHCP.Manage firewall and security components (IPTables, PfSense)Maintain VPN infrastructures and ensure secure remote access.Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and connectivity.C. Monitoring & ObservabilityDeploy and maintain monitoring stacks such as Zabbix, Centreon, Grafana, Telegraf, InfluxDB.Implement alerting strategies and ensure proactive detection of incidents.D. Containers & AutomationManage and deploy containerized applications using Docker.Automate operational tasks using Ansible.QualificationsFull Linux mastery: strong proficiency in system internals, shell scripting, performance analysis.Experience with virtualization: Proxmox.Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and security best practices.Strong expertise with monitoring stacks (Grafana, Zabbix, Centreon, Elastic, Graylog…).Solid debugging and analytical skills.Practical experience with Docker containerization.Familiarity with automation and configuration management tools. Bonus skillsExposure to Big Data ecosystem (Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow)Knowledge of KybemetesLanguages The candidate must be native VietnameseGood proficiency of English French knowledge is a plusCompensation packages Competitive salary, motivating bonuses on Vietnamese Public Holidays and per KPIs applicable.
