Your New RoleAre you an experienced Content Manager system administrator with a passion for clean structures, secure records, and efficient systems? You’ll be part of a collaborative team committed to streamlining systems and enhancing compliance, with the autonomy to lead change and make a real impact.Your ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary system administrator for Content Manager (no training provided – you’ll hit the ground running).Review and refine the Business Classification Scheme and folder structures, ensuring no more than three levels of hierarchy.Assess and optimise the security scheme, reducing unnecessary security groups and ensuring only sensitive records are secured.Apply retention and disposal schedules to records in line with compliance requirements.Manage user profiles, including creation and deactivation.Generate and interpret reports from Content Manager to support business insights and compliance.What You Need to SucceedExtensive experience as a Content Manager system administrator (version agnostic).Strong understanding of records management principles, including BCS, retention schedules, and disposal authorities.Proven ability to review and restructure folder hierarchies for clarity and efficiency.Deep knowledge of security configuration within Content Manager.Confidence in working independently and taking ownership of system administration without the need for training.
