System Administrator

About the Role:Ryt Bank is seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure and end-user computing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of our systems, security posture, and user experience across the organization.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with both macOS and Windows environments, enterprise applications, IT security, and office network infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Endpoint & Application Management• Administer and support macOS and Windows endpoints.• Manage deployment, updates, and troubleshooting of the Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).• Administer the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) including user access, workflows, and integrations.Identity & Access Management (IAM)• Maintain and enforce IAM policies and procedures.• Manage and administer Microsoft Entra for SSO and SCIM provisioning• Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access controls across systems.IT Security• Monitor and manage Windows Defender and other endpoint protection tools.• Oversee email security, including spam filtering and phishing protection.• Support network security including firewall configurations and VPN access.• Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with internal policies.End-User & Office Support• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.• Maintain and support meeting room equipment (video conferencing, AV systems).• Troubleshoot and support office network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, cabling, switches, routers).Procurement & Asset Management• Coordinate procurement of IT hardware, software licenses, and renewals.• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and ensure lifecycle management.General IT Operations• Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes.• Document IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for support and maintenance.• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.Qualifications & Skills:• Bachelor's Degree holder.• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems.• Experience with Microsoft 365, Atlassian tools, and IAM platforms.• Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).• Understanding of IT security best practices and tools.• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Certifications:• ITIL Foundation
