Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang, for a Junior IT Technical & Application Support professional. The role involves providing technical support for software and hardware solutions, managing troubleshooting tasks, and addressing clients’ inquiries efficiently. The candidate will assist in project management activities related to system implementation, configuration, and support while ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services to meet clients' needs. Qualifications Hands-on knowledge of Technical Support, Information Technology, and TroubleshootingStrong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team membersBasic understanding or involvement in Project Management processesProficiency in SQL Accounting systems, Autocount Accounting system, Point of Sales System, ERP System, Cloud Based Software, and Networking solutions is advantageousBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferredAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
