Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company infrastructure and IT apps across the Singapore headquarters and other regional offices. They will ensure reliable operations for a workforce of 120+ employees, with continued growth expected.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud services used across all offices.Oversee endpoint management for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals; ensure consistent security baselines across countries.Support onboarding and offboarding processes (laptops, Zoho Voice, other devices)Coordinate with regional office team members to support local IT needs and ensure alignment with central IT standards.Interact with vendors.Maintain documentation for system configurations, asset inventories, and network diagrams.Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements to handle growth.Oversee patching, updates, and hardening for operating systems, applications, and network equipment for a small office.Work with vendors and service providers to manage hardware procurement, warranties, and support agreements.Ensure compliance with internal security policies and relevant standards (e.g. ISO 27001).Configure and Maintain the ITSM Tool (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus) and other custom IT apps built using Zoho Creator.Conduct audits of IT policies for devices and endpoints.Apply scripting knowledge to help maintain event laptops and devices.Qualifications & Experience (Mandatory):Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in system or network administration.Basic understanding of Windows Server and MacOS.Strong understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPN, firewalls).Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.Knowledge of IT security best practices, patch management, and log monitoring.Ability to work independently and coordinate remotely with regional team members.Good communication and documentation skills.Good to Haves:Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS).Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g. ManageEngine EndpointCentral).Exposure to ISO 27001 or SOC 2 compliance environments.Scripting skills (Bash) or willingness to learn.
