System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:System Requirements Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document system requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives.System Architecture Design:Develop system architecture, defining the structure and components needed to meet requirements, considering factors such as functionality, performance, and scalability.Define and manage interfaces between system components, ensuring compatibility and effective communication between subsystems.Verification and Validation:Develop and implement verification and validation plans to ensure that the system meets specified requirements and standards throughout the development lifecycle.Identify and assess technical and project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful system implementation.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system requirements, design specifications, and test plans, to facilitate communication and project continuity.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware and software engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to system development.Configuration Management:Implement and manage configuration control processes to track changes to the system throughout its lifecycle.Contribute to system lifecycle planning, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance phases.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.With at least 8+ years of proven experience in systems engineering, with a focus on complex engineering projects.Strong understanding of systems engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.Proficiency in modelling and simulation tools, such as MATLAB, Simulink, or others relevant to the specific industry.Familiarity with requirements management tools and configuration management processes.Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
