System Engineer

We are looking for System Engineers to support and manage a variety of technical environments. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of critical systems - from design and implementation to maintenance and continuous improvement. You will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure system availability, performance, security, and reliability. Manage system lifecycle activities, including installation, configuration, performance monitoring, and upgrades.Create and maintain technical documentation such as architecture designs, specifications, and installation guides.Analyze system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements.Provide advanced (L3) technical support and troubleshoot complex problems.Ensure backup procedures, recovery plans, and periodic restore tests are executed correctly.Collaborate with vendors and internal engineering or operations teams on technical solutions.What We Expect From You:Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar technical role.Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 7–11, Server editions) and general IT infrastructure.Understanding of networking essentials, Active Directory, security tools, and remote administration.Scripting capabilities (PowerShell, VBScript, command line) for automation and troubleshooting.Ability to write clear, accurate technical documentation and specifications.Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and ability to work both independently and in a team.What You Can Expect From UsTMC is an international high-tech consultancy company that brings expertise to its clients in order to support them with the realization of their technological challenges.
