Reporting to the Group Finance Director, key elements of role will involve:Taking ownership of finance systems and integrations with other non-financial software and reporting processes. Ensuring accurate financial data, seamless system integration, and continuous improvement of finance processes through automation and digital transformationERP & Finance Systems ManagementManagement Reporting - ensuring accurate and complete migration of financial data from legacy systems, enhancing financial reports and dashboards, streamlining month-end processes with system-driven reporting and analytics. Providing insights through variance analysis.Process Improvement & ControlsTraining & Support to end-usersCompliance & Audit Support –ensuring strong controls Commercial - working closely with Finance, IT, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align systems with business needs and support ongoing growth and development of the businessCandidate BackgroundIdeal candidate will have the following background;Qualified Accountant with min 2-5 years’ PQEStrong finance systems background (Cloud Accounting systems, new implementations)Systems Savvy and advanced Excel skillsStrong commercial acumen, attention to detail and highly analyticalAbout Our ClientOur client is an entrepreneurial hospitality Group with expanding operations in Europe and Dublin HQ.RemunerationCompetitive salary and benefits package.
