Job DescriptionThe ideal candidates have a strong analytical mentality who can quickly acquire new technologies, business processes. The candidate will posses strong competencies in building customer trust, collaboration, continuous improvement, decision making and prioritization!In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Drives collaboration with customers to capture business requirementsCollaborates with Product Owner and team to set priorities and refines product backlogTranslates business needs/requirements for developers by creating user stories in Azure DevOpsProactively analyze complex business processes and identifies systems gaps, if neededManages project timelines and delivers regular status updatesCommunicates effectively within scrum team and with business partnersPlanning and managing business analysis activities throughout a project's lifecycleImplement projects using SDLC/Agile methodologies and practicesWho You Are: You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions.You establish and maintain effective customer relationships.You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levelsFor this Role, You Will Need::Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology areaMinimum 3-5 years of experience within business/systems analyst areaGood communication skills in English, both oral and writtenHas the ability to work effectively in multinational team environmentStrong analytical skills for effective collaborationPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:Salesforce solution experienceMulesoft, Oracle experienceServiceNow experienceOur Culture & Commitment to You :At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
