Senior Account Executive has the ability and experience to play a primary, independent implementation role in client work. He/She must possess a deep understanding of PR in Vietnam and be able to come up with creative initiatives to help clients solve their business or communication objectives.What You’ll DoThe Senior Account Executive (PR)’s role is to support the Business Team to deliver service to our clients’ brands and businesses and drive growth for T&A Ogilvy:Performs day-to-day account work which may include drafting a wide range of written content, coordinating events, maintaining client and influencers’ contact, managing projects performed with and by othersManage client expectations, earning clients’ respect, trust and confidenceDevelop and manage projects/programs, including implementation plans, evaluation mechanisms, staffing plans, budgets, and timelinesDevelop presentations for clients relative to project management and program statusKeep team(s) appropriately informed and involved in projects; ensure projects run smoothly, and help team members feel empowered, respected, and educatedIdentify and secure assistance with emerging account problems. Understands and manages billing and activity reporting processesManage stakeholders for optimum productivity and maximum billabilityManage media relationWhat You’ll NeedAt least 3 - 4 years working experience (past experience working for a Global Agency/ PR Agency is highly preferable)Be aware of tight timeline/ deadlineSkillful project management, able to manage multiple parties to complete tasks and deliver quality outcomes for projectsCautious, meticulous in proceeding paperwork and related doStrong communication skill (presentation, negotiation)Sharp problem-solving skill, able to come up with a fruitful solution for daily tasksHas a good sense of constructive feedback for other teams in order to deliver high quality workPossesses a high degree of English competencyFamiliar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPointHow We’ll Support YouOgilvy celebrates its people.
