The company promotes a culture of reliability, continuous improvement, and professional growth.Your New RoleAs a Helpdesk Technician, you will provide day-to-day technical support to internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and applications. You’ll work in rotating shifts and be exposed to both Windows and Linux environments, with opportunities to lead small IT projects and grow into a junior system administration role.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st line support to local and remote users, resolving technical issues efficientlyInstall, configure, patch, and upgrade software and hardwareAdminister Office 365 users and toolsPerform diagnostics and escalate incidents when necessarySupport PC, server, and network issues locallyInteract with external suppliers for warranty and technical supportDocument solutions and contribute to knowledge sharingWhat You’ll Need to SucceedMinimum 3 years of experience in Helpdesk or Service Desk rolesStrong knowledge of Windows environments and Office 365 administrationExperience with Active Directory and Microsoft SCCMBasic understanding of Azure servicesAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independentlyStrong attention to detail, autonomy, and collaborative mindsetExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsWhat You’ll Get in ReturnOpportunity to grow within a structured and international IT environmentExposure to both Windows and Linux systemsProfessional development through training and project involvementWhat You Need to Do Now Interested in this opportunity?
