Supporting multiple GM’s with high level, influential EA support, you will work as a trusted partner, allowing our Executive team to get after what matters to Z and deliver on Z’s ultimate goal.In addition to the usual Executive Assistant duties; advanced diary and email management, GM and stakeholder travel, financial administration and advanced administrative support to our Executive GMs, in this role you can showcase your ability to understand and impact what is important to those you are supporting and delivering outcomes to help solve what matters. As a team you will flex and support the wider Z Leadership Team as required.This role could be fulltime or 0.8 with Fridays off. We are looking for a 20th January 2025 start through to 18th September 2025.You will have the opportunity toProvide a high level of diary and inbox management, ensuring smooth arrangements and making decisions on priorities while liaising with internal and external stakeholdersArrange travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas and all logisticsCo-ordinate papers and meeting materials including the arrangements of meetings and following up on actions and outcomesTake minutes during Crisis Management meetings and Leadership meetingsCreate presentations and materials using PowerPoint, Miro and other toolsWork closely with your Executives to understand their priorities and preferences and pave the way to delivering the necessary outcomes Support with planning and running of company and BU eventsQualificationsWhat you’ll bring to ZStrong experience as an EA at an executive level within a commercial organisationA natural organiser, you will be used to having multiple demands from many channels and being across it allMinute taking skills to capture key actions from meetings and condense these into notes to share with stakeholdersTechnically savvy, we use a range of tools here at Z so being competent and comfortable with digital tools is a mustAn eye for detail, ensuring that your work is thorough and accurateA great attitude and proactive nature, this is a busy role that will require you to operate at a high level with loads of energyThe ability to build connection, you will support multiple GM’s with different working styles and interact with a range of people in this role strong time manager, others to achieve agreed deadlines.
