Come and join our great, supportive, and fun team and grow your administration experience to new heights with our team as we provide statutory care and protection services.Be responsible for administration needs of Social Work kaimahi including but not limited the following.assistance with financial plans, data collection and schedulingLiaise with vendors, casual staff, and other stakeholdersWork with various cultural groups and people from different backgroundsBooking rooms, answering phones, and assisting on the reception deskOrganising welcomes/whakatau for newcomers and whānau as and when requiredDeal with critical scenarios in a calm, professional mannerNgā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bringKey requirements of the role include:Full clean New Zealand drivers licence is requiredSupport the team with all aspects of Health and SafetyHave a strong computer and IT knowledgeAdmin skills such as typing, reporting, responding to Site needscultural awareness and an understanding of Tikanga Māori principlesa commitment to Te Tiriti o WaitangiStrong time managementexcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to your audienceUnderstanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' cultureNōu te rourou | What's in it for youOranga Tamariki offer a step based remuneration package, that offers progression annually for experience through tenure.
