Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Takaful Agent based in WP, Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Takaful Agent will engage potential clients, provide tailored financial and protection solutions, and build long-term relationships with clients. The role involves analyzing client needs, explaining Takaful benefits, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the agent will provide ongoing support to clients and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsSales expertise with a proven ability to achieve targetsKnowledge of financial planning and insurance products, particularly Takaful servicesProblem-solving and decision-making abilitiesHighly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethicAbility to work independently as well as within a teamFluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plusRelevant insurance certifications or qualifications are an advantage
