You will be recruiting for our commercial offices in Hungary & Adriatic and Romania & Bulgaria. This individual will be the linchpin for connecting promising talent with life-changing career opportunities. To our new colleague, we are providing a fixed-term contract for maximum of 2 years. Your responsibilitiesIn summary, you'll: Lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of commercial roles, ensuring a pipeline of diverse and skilled talent. Adapt global attraction and engagement frameworks to resonate with local market nuances. Develop meaningful connections with potential candidates, and your business stakeholders. Craft inventive approaches for engaging with the best talent, focusing on inclusivity. Have a deep understanding of the talent market in the SEE region, trends and challenges and devise recruitment campaigns and strategies that work. Organise and manage employer branding events, optimising early careers talent engagement. Promote an excellent candidate experience that reflects Reckitt's values and commitment. Coach and train Hiring Managers and HRBPs in the SEE region as required to ensure Candidate Experience principles and Employer Brand are embedded into the end-to-end hiring process. Support new hires in using the onboarding portal if needed and advise hiring managers regarding the onboarding process if needed. Raise process improvement opportunities whenever possible/required.The experience we're looking for Bachelor’s degree At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment Fluent English and Hungarian; Romanian language knowledge is an advantage Demonstrable expertise in sourcing and selecting high-caliber talent A proven track record in candidate relationship management Skilled in impactful communication across various stakeholder levels Practical experience with recruitment systems (SuccessFactors is a plus) and data-driven decision-making Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities seamlesslyThe skills for successTalent sourcing, Candidate experience, Data and Analytics, Talent assessment, Talent selection, Talent acquisition, Recruitment.What we offerWith inclusion at the heart of everything we do, working alongside our four global Employee Resource Groups, we support our people at every step of their career journey, helping them to succeed in their own individual way.
