You will be recruiting for our commercial offices in Hungary & Adriatic and Romania & Bulgaria. This individual will be the linchpin for connecting promising talent with life-changing career opportunities. To our new colleague, we are providing a fixed-term contract for maximum of 2 years. Your responsibilitiesIn summary, you'll: Lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of commercial roles, ensuring a pipeline of diverse and skilled talent. Adapt global attraction and engagement frameworks to resonate with local market nuances. Develop meaningful connections with potential candidates, and your business stakeholders. Craft inventive approaches for engaging with the best talent, focusing on inclusivity. Have a deep understanding of the talent market in the SEE region, trends and challenges and devise recruitment campaigns and strategies that work. Organise and manage employer branding events, optimising early careers talent engagement. Promote an excellent candidate experience that reflects Reckitt's values and commitment. Coach and train Hiring Managers and HRBPs in the SEE region as required to ensure Candidate Experience principles and Employer Brand are embedded into the end-to-end hiring process. Support new hires in using the onboarding portal if needed and advise hiring managers regarding the onboarding process if needed.
