You are creative, innovative, and comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and independently, with the ability to show initiative, multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.ResponsibilitiesAssisting the Global Talent Acquisition team in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting advertisements, screening resumes, conducting applicant telephone screenings, scheduling interviews, and pre-employment screeningCoordinating initial screenings, technical phone interviews, and follow up team/panel interviewsAssisting in collecting feedback from hiring managers after interviews and follow up with active candidates to ensure a smooth candidate experienceResearching alternative ways to recruit talent as well as attend job fairs and networking eventsMaintaining employee confidence and protect operations integrity by keeping human resource communication privateCollecting and entering data to support TA reportingGenerating reports on recruitment KPIs and supporting dashboard managementNavigating relationships in a matrix environment to coordinate information and create global data knowledge banks for Global TA team.Experience/Education:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management or a related field (junior/senior or recent graduate)Skills Required:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Problem-solving and proven interpersonal communication skillsAn ability to convey compelling messages, both in person and in writingAffiliation for planning and organization, and excellent attention to detailA diligent work ethic to show initiative, multi-task, and meet deadlinesPrior work experience in a human resource and/or staffing environmentCollaborative and team-oriented way of working#Graphisoft #Hibryd
