Every colleague in LRQA has a part to play.Join us in helping to shape a better future together!As Talent Acquisition Partner at LRQA you will be responsible for providing guidance as subject matter expert and help to develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders and handle complex recruitment challenges across North America and LATAM countries by leveraging Talent Insights to help guide our hiring community, as well as support ad-hoc projects from time to time.This role can be offered as hybrid from our Monterrey office but some flexibility from other locations across Mexico as remote.How will you make a difference?Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored, inclusive recruitment strategies.Lead job scoping conversations to define role requirements and success profiles.Source diverse talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.Conduct thoughtful and engaging interviews, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment.Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing LRQA’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and inclusive culture.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and respectful experience for candidates and hiring teams.Use data and talent insights to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.Ability to hold Hiring Manager to account as part of the hiring processWhat will you bring?EssentialMinimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced, global environment (a blend of in-house and RPO – providing talent as a service) across North America and LATAM countriesStrong sourcing expertise across technical and complex skills set - using Boolean and / or X-Ray sourcing techniquesStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Collaborative team player with a passion for knowledge sharing.Relentless client focus and a solutions-oriented approach.Bi-lingual – English and Spanish (written and verbal)DesirableProficiency in applicant tracking systemsExecutive search experienceSelection ProcessAn initial conversation with a member of the Global Talent Acquisition TeamA case study assessmentA final interview focused on values and behavioursClosing DateFriday 14th November 2025 we may close applications early based on interest.Pre-Employment ChecksIf you are successful in securing a role with us, you will be subject to pre-employment checks, depending on the legal requirements and practices in your country of employment.If eligible these checks will include right to work, identification, verification of employment history, education, and criminal records where permitted by local law.All checks will be conducted in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations.We will involve the third party supplier to run the background checks as needed and your data will be retained for a period as needed for the recruitment purpose.To the extent to be permitted by the applicable local law, your data may be stored outside of your employment country dependent on our operation structure.Your application of this role will constitute your consent on this paragraph.Diversity and Inclusion at LRQA:We are on a mission to be the place where we all want to work and we are passionate about embracing different perspectives because we understand the value this brings to our business, our clients and each other.
