Technical Recruiter

Technical Sourcer/Recruiter We’re looking for a resourceful Technical Sourcer/Recruiter to help us find and engage toptier tech talent. In this role, you'll be on the front lines of sourcing, connecting with candidates, and partnering with hiring managers to build diverse Teams. What You’ll Do: · Proactively source and engage top engineering, data, and product talent across multiple platforms using different recruiting strategies active and passive sourcing· Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements· Conduct interviews with U.S.-based candidates, ensuring professionalism and cultural alignment· Actively build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline, including passive candidates· Own the candidate experience from first outreach to handoff· Use data to track pipeline, sourcing performance, and recommend improvements What You Bring:· 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing and recruiting· Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM/ATS platforms)· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English· Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency, organization, and a bias for action· Experience with high-volume tech recruiting· Enjoys maintaining a polished, professional appearance on camera What We Offer:· Salary: $25,000 gross mxn monthly· Law Benefits + some additions· Laptop and headset· 100% remote· Wellness program
