We prioritise client protection and maintain strict confidentiality in all our dealings.Position Purpose:We are seeking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive technical hiring initiatives for our growing FinTech business. This role will play a critical part in building high-performing technology teams, leading end-to-end recruitment, and partnering closely with business and engineering leaders to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent.The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical roles within the financial services or technology industry, hands-on experience managing recruitment pipelines, and proven success leading a small team or driving strategic hiring programs.Responsibilities:Own and lead the full-cycle recruitment process for technology and engineering functions, including product, development, QA, DevOps, data, and infrastructure roles.Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand business goals, workforce planning, and hiring needs.Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, events, etc.).Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, maintaining strong engagement and communication.Drive data-driven hiring decisions by tracking key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and conversion ratios.Coach and mentor junior recruiters within the team, ensuring consistent delivery standards and process efficiency.Collaborate with HR and business leaders on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.Build strong talent pipelines for future technical hiring needs, particularly in specialized and niche technology domains.Ensure compliance with recruitment and data protection policies, maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.Key Requirements:8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 4+ years focused on technical hiring (software engineering, product, QA, DevOps, etc.) in the Financial Services or FinTech industry.Proven experience leading or mentoring a small recruitment team or managing multiple concurrent technical hiring projects.Strong understanding of technical skillsets, engineering frameworks, and tech stacks relevant to FinTech environments.Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workable) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and improve hiring performance.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
