The position is responsible for overseeing the formulation and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies to foster recruitment and company performance. It also requires the incumbent to provide approvals for various tasks for instance advertisements for new recruits as well as, superintending the appointment process.Lead the design and implementation of effective talent acquisition strategies to support recruitment and overall business performance.End to end recruitment for head office and Plants of different locations, including job creation approvals, sourcing, shortlisting, selection, and issuance of offer and appointment letters.Ensure all recruitment activities align with organizational needs, HR policies, and approved budgets.Direct the development and execution of onboarding and orientation programs for management staff.Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, monitor market trends, and integrate insights into recruitment practices.Supervise the performance, development, and retention of the talent acquisition team.Review recruitment reports and analytics to drive continuous improvement and ensure metrics reflect current market conditions.Provide weekly updates to leadership on recruitment plans and initiatives.Represent the company at internal and external events to build talent networks.Guide candidates on benefits, compensation, and workplace culture, while maintaining long-term talent pipelines.Manage multiple recruitment projects independently in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent Masters level education. 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.Hands-on experience with SAP (SuccessFactors) modules.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while working independently and collaboratively.
