As a Lead in Talent Acquisition, you’ll take ownership of the full recruiting life cycle—from intake through offer negotiation—for a variety of roles across Slalom.What You’ll DoPartner with hiring managers to conduct intake conversations and calibrate role requirements.Source, screen, and assess candidates aligned to Slalom’s values and business needs.Manage interview logistics, feedback loops, and candidate communications.Lead offer strategy and negotiation in partnership with People and Compensation teams.Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience throughout the process.Track progress and maintain data integrity in recruiting systems.What You’ll BringExperience supporting or owning full-cycle recruiting for professional roles.Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while seeking guidance when needed.Strong communication and organizational skills.Comfort navigating recruiting tools (e.g., ATS, scheduling platforms).Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and equitable candidate experiences.Growth mindset and openness to feedback.About UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this position, the base salary pay range is $67,000 to $93,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
