We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking to hire a Talent Acquisition who has prior experience of working across high scale / high volume non tech roles - sales, marketing, corporate functions etc. This role is meant for someone who is an excellent multi-tasker and go-getter. Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and plan accordinglyMotivate and energize your team to always be candidate-friendlyMonitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the marketManage all job descriptions out in the market, ensuring they are high quality and accurateKeep track of metrics on a weekly/monthly basisAbility to organize and run hiring driveAbility to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlinesCandidates who can join immediately and have prior experience in startups will be preferredQualification: Bachelor's/PG in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
