Committed to open standards and freedom from lock-in, Mirantis ensures that customers retain full control of their infrastructure strategy.Job DescriptionAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a smart, organized, and solutions-oriented Talent Acquisition Operations Assistant to join our international TA team.It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex processes, works well with people, and wants to grow in a tech-driven, global environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.You’ll coordinate the day-to-day recruitment operations, helping the team stay organized and focused while candidates have a seamless experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordination & Communication: Keep recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates aligned by managing schedules, updates, and follow-ups.Job Advertising: Create and manage job postings across platforms, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency with role requirements..Interview Support: Schedule interviews, prepare materials, and confirm logistics across time zones.Data & Reporting: Keep ATS and recruitment trackers up to date; provide reports and insights to support TA decision-making.Process Improvement: Refine templates, workflows, and documentation to make operations more efficient and intuitive.Referral Program Support: Track and update employee referrals and related administrative processes.Qualifications2–3 years of experience in operations/ administrative coordination in recruitment sphere (experience in a IT/tech environment will be a plus)Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Skilled at expressing ideas in English, both in writing and verbally, to coordinate smoothly with global teams.Confident with Google Workspace; skill with ATS systems will be a plus.Proactive, able to work independently in a remote environment.Comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones and cultures.If you enjoy organizing complex workflows, keeping everything on track, and helping teams work at their best — we’d love to hear from you.Additional InformationWhat does Mirantis offer you?
