You will lead recruitment for key positions, with a primary focus on tech, develop scalable and data-driven practices, and support leaders in making great hiring decisions. As part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will work closely with managers across the organization to enable impact and build strong teams, bringing deep expertise in talent acquisition and a flexible, humble approach to support Flower’s continued growth.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on fairness, quality, and scalability, primarily within techPartner with leaders across the business to understand hiring needs and act as a trusted advisor throughout the processDesign and continuously improve recruitment practices based on science and proven assessment methodsBuild and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned with business and capability needs, including key tech rolesTrack and analyze recruitment data and KPIs to drive insights and improvementsDevelop and facilitate training for hiring managers to strengthen selection and decision-making capabilityPartner with Marketing on strategic employer branding initiativesManage and develop relationships with external partners and vendors to secure access to key talent poolsEmbed diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout all talent practicesWho You AreUniversity degree in Human Resources or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role with broad and senior-level responsibilityProven experience in tech recruitment within an international contextBroad understanding of different tech disciplines and talent markets, with the ability to identify and attract niche talentStrong track record of partnering with senior leaders and advising on talent decisionsSolid understanding of data-driven recruitment, using insights to guide strategy and improvementDeep knowledge of modern assessment methods and recruitment toolsExperience in designing and conducting training for hiring managersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken📍 LocationOur beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.📅 This is a fixed-term position for 12 months, ideally with start in January 2026.✉️ ApplyOur corporate language is English, as we have over 30 nationalities in the office.
