You’ll apply your strategic mindset, interpersonal skills, and deep understanding of modern talent acquisition practices to identify and engage top-tier candidates for technical and salaried roles across Slovakia and broader EAME markets.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams in digital and technology domains.Strategic Hiring PartnershipCollaborate closely with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies aligned with Cat Digital’s growth plans in Slovakia and EAME.Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.Full-Cycle RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.Leverage Workday ATS, CRM tools, and sourcing platforms to build strong candidate pipelines.Candidate Experience & BrandingEnsure a seamless and engaging candidate experience that reflects Caterpillar’s values.Promote Cat Digital’s employer brand in Slovakia through job fairs, university partnerships (e.g., TUKE), and digital campaignsSourcing & Market IntelligenceDevelop sourcing strategies for niche technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, UX/UI Designers)Provide insights on local talent pools, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.Relationship ManagementAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners.Monitor satisfaction and proactively address recruitment challenges.Coordinate with global TA teams to ensure alignment and consistency.Candidate SourcingBuild and maintain pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Operate sourcing tools effectively and explore new technologies to enhance reach.Customer/Market FocusUnderstand and anticipate hiring needs across Cat Digital’s expanding footprint in Košice.Deliver value through responsive, tailored recruitment support.Staffing & Recruiting ExcellenceMaintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in all recruitment activities.Support hiring for both early talent and experienced professionals, including internship programs and evergreen rolesTop Candidates Will BringFluency in English; Slovak language skills are a plus.Proven success in corporate recruitment or sourcing roles, ideally in tech or digital environments.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience.Adaptability to a global, matrixed organization.What We OfferFrom day one, you’ll be empowered to thrive at Caterpillar:2 117 euros / month grossPerformance related annual cash incentiveIndustry leading Pension plan5 days of extra vacation above the legislative requirementAttractive Life insurance1 voluntiering dayMultisport CardPosting DatesOctober 24, 2025 - October 30, 2025Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
