We're dedicated to fostering an inclusive, purpose-driven, and innovative work environment where everyone belongs.ResponsibilitiesFinding and attracting top talent for various roles including software development, enterprise sales, and customer successWorking closely with hiring managers and founders to understand hiring needs and challengesCreating and improving recruiting processes using technology for large-scale sourcing and selectionSupporting candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a great candidate experienceManaging multiple open positions simultaneouslyApplying creative sourcing techniques to find exceptional talentCollaborating on broader talent initiatives such as onboarding, training, performance management, career planning, and culture buildingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or similarMinimum 3 years of experience in internal recruitmentAt least 1 year working fully remote (100%)At least 1 year of experience recruiting for IT rolesEnglish proficiency: B2 or higherDesire to solve ambitious challenges and manage long, multi-stage evaluation processesAbility to multitask across different vacancies simultaneouslyIngenuity to find new ways of sourcing great talentEntrepreneurial spirit and ability to work autonomously with a results orientationHigh attention to detailEEO StatementiCIMS is a place where everyone belongs.
