As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment and hiring process for an organization. Your strategic approach, leadership skills, and expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates will contribute to building a skilled and diverse workforce that aligns with the company's goals and values.Responsibilities:• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies and plans to attract top talent.• Align recruitment efforts with the organization's growth and workforce needs.• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.• Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing team.• Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections.• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills and cultural fit.• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and selection criteria.• Enhance the company's employer brand through targeted recruitment marketing efforts.• Develop and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.• Design and implement effective interview processes, ensuring consistency and fairness.• Train hiring managers on best practices for conducting interviews and evaluating candidates.• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to develop competitive job offers.• Manage the negotiation process with selected candidates.• Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
