You’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate engagement and client communication.ResponsibilitiesConduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technology and IT positions.Proactively source candidates across social media platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter.Conduct in-depth phone interviews and assess candidate suitability.Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive experience.Collaborate closely with account managers and strategic clients.Work with some of the largest and most influential organizations in the Israeli market.RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in recruitingProven experience conducting phone-based interviewsHands-on experience using LinkedIn RecruiterStrong interpersonal and communication skills.Sales orientation or customer-focused mindset — advantage.High motivation, ambition, and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced setting.
