Talent Acquisition SpecialistSalary – Good , As Per Market StandardExperience – 4-8 yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeIndustry: Marketing & TechnologyJob Function: Talent AcquisitionMode :- Hybrid Location EgyptKey ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for various roles, including mid, senior, and C-level positions across multiple regions (GCC, MENA, and international).Source and attract top talent through diverse online (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social media, professional networks) and offline channels (universities, career fairs, referrals).Design and implement strategic sourcing plans, leveraging both local market knowledge and international talent networks.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, advise on recruitment strategies, and provide market insights.Handle multiple concurrent mandates, including executive search/headhunting for niche and leadership roles.Build and maintain talent pipelines and long-term candidate relationships for future hiring needs.Ensure data accuracy and organization in recruitment files and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Continuously analyze and improve recruitment processes to boost efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate experience.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: BS/MS in Human Resources Management or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3–4+ years in full-cycle recruitment across multiple domains (Tech, Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, etc.).Proven ability to conduct structured interviews for mid to senior and C-level positions.Experience managing regional and international hiring within GCC and MENA markets.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Skilled in advanced sourcing techniques and capable of adapting recruitment strategies to different roles and markets.Core CompetenciesAdvanced Sourcing TechniquesCommunication & PresentationInterview MasteryStakeholder ManagementProactivity & InitiativeOrganization & Time Management
