The role focuses on attracting top-tier talent, building sustainable candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and partnering with hiring managers to meet project manpower needs efficiently.Key AccountabilitiesThe position involves: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for construction and related sectors (engineering, contracting, project management, real estate development).Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline of engineers, project managers, and construction professionals.Partner closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their manpower needs and deliver timely, high-quality hires.Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.Use creative sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and other professional networks, to attract top construction talent.Maintain updated talent databases and generate recruitment reports.Knowledge, Skills, And Experience.3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally within a construction or engineering industry.Proven ability to manage multiple roles and client accounts simultaneously.Excellent communication and client-handling skills with a consultative approach.Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray searches, and other advanced tools.Fluent in English.Passion for connecting professionals with opportunities and contributing to the success of major construction projects in Egypt and the GCC.
