DEPUTY CEO (BUSINESS OPERATIONS)

We invite you to join the Capitron Bank team, marking 24 years of stable operations and dynamic growth in Mongolian banking and financial sector. Role Description Oversee the delivery of the Bank’s strategic objectives across business strategy, retail banking, digital innovation, marketing, and sustainable development.Leadership Responsibilities: Lead and develop the Bank’s overall business strategy and ensure performance excellence.Expand the Bank’s fintech and technology partnerships and lead initiatives in technology innovation.Manage sustainable finance planning and set policies for product marketing. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or higher preferred).Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the banking and finance sector, including at least 5 years in a senior management position.In-depth knowledge of business strategy, retail banking, digital innovation, and sustainable finance;Professional knowledge of Mongolian laws, banking rules, regulations, and instructions;Advanced proficiency in English; experience with international organizations or projects is an advantage.Proven leadership with strategic thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
