DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be a true partner to the business — owning the full-cycle recruitment process for critical roles across our global departments and Business Units, spanning Investment, Development, Fund Management, and Corporate functions.More than a recruiter, you will serve as a brand ambassador for ESR, a strategic talent advisor to stakeholders, and a key driver in scaling our teams across the APAC region. Join a market-leading, high-growth firm at the center of the New Economy— logistics real estate, data centres, and energy infrastructure—within a truly multicultural and entrepreneurial environment.Your Key Responsibilities Will IncludeFull-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the end-to-end hiring process for a diverse portfolio of roles, including Investment & Asset Management, Fund Management, Development, Leasing, Data Center Operations, and Corporate functions (Finance, Legal, HR, etc.).Business Partnership: Acting as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders across our global platform. Conduct intake meetings, define role requirements, design effective interview plans, and provide market insights.Strategic Sourcing: Going beyond inbound applications to proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry mapping, Boolean searches, and your professional network.Candidate Experience: Championing a premium candidate journey by ensuring timely, transparent, and professional communication at every stage of the process.Data & Process: Meticulously maintaining our Workable Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and leveraging data to provide regular updates and identify areas for process improvement.Agency Management: Managing and optimizing relationships with external recruitment agencies and search partners when required, ensuring alignment with our hiring standards and commercial terms.RequirementsCore Requirements:Experience: 3-6 years of progressive talent acquisition experience.Proven Success: A track record of successfully filling a high volume of diverse roles, from Internships to Director levels.Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated mastery of sourcing passive candidates for niche and competitive roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search techniques.Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with senior hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.Mindset: A high-performance, entrepreneurial mindset. You must be a proactive problem-solver with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" mentality.Preferred Qualifications:Industry Focus: Agency and/or in-house recruitment experience, ideally from real estate, real asset management, investment banking, or financial services.Industry Acumen: A strong understanding of the real asset lifecycle (investment, development, management) and the specific talent profiles within it is highly desirable.Regional Experience: Experience recruiting for roles across multiple APAC markets.
